1. Reservations and Cancellations

All reservations must be made in advance and are subject to availability. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled service may incur a fee up to 50% of the total booking cost. No-shows or cancellations made less than 3 hours before pickup will incur the full booking charge.

2. Payment Policy

We accept all major credit cards and require a valid payment method at the time of booking. Full payment is due upon completion of the service, and charges may be pre-authorized at the time of booking. Additional charges such as tolls, parking fees, and extra waiting time may apply and will be billed to the customer’s payment method on file.

3. Limitation of Liability

Rocky Limo Executive Limo Car Service is not liable for delays due to unforeseen circumstances, such as traffic, weather, or road closures. While we strive to provide punctual service, clients are advised to allow extra travel time during peak hours or adverse weather conditions. In case of vehicle breakdown, we will make every effort to provide a replacement vehicle at no additional charge.

4. Conduct and Responsibility

Clients and their guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their guests will result in additional charges. Smoking and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles. Rocky Limo reserves the right to terminate service immediately if client behavior is deemed unsafe or disruptive.

5. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Information collected during the booking process is used solely for providing and improving our services and is never shared with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

6. Modification of Terms
